Very disappointed with my experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Fremont. To be fair, the doctor who did my eye exam was very good. The exam itself went smoothly, and I had no issues with that part of the visit. The problem was with the front desk and Vision Center service, especially with the manager, Angelica. My bad experience actually started before I even went in. They really want you to pay cash and not go through insurance. They oversell you on this - it makes for a terrible experience
Fantastic customer service
The nice folks at the Osgood Walmart Pharmacy were extremely helpful and professional. They explained step by step the entire process for my safety glasses and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended and would definitely go back there in the future.
Attentive service. Very helpful. Angelica has great care for her customers to go above and beyond.
