I visited the vision center today for adjustments to my glasses. I was there in the morning when they opened and Kat was happy to help! I was honest and said I purchased them from LensCrafters and asked if it was okay for her to fix them, they were loose and looked stupid at my ears. She not only adjusted my glasses but explained to me about the measurements so that next time I get glasses I can get ones that fit better. I really wish I had come to her to buy glasses instead of at LensCrafters where they made mine the wrong ... read more
