I walked into the Walmart Optical Lutz with my father in laws eye glasses that need a lens put back into the frames. Carlos looked at them and said give me a few minutes. I went into the store and purchased a couple things really quick and then went back to the optical department (5 minutes passed). He handed me the repaired eyeglasses, and said it was no charge. Kat and Richard helped me so much. Somehow my glasses were all scratched and I couldn't see out of the right eye. I wound up getting two pair. And a pair of sunglasses.They help me get glasses that fit my face perfectly. They framed them to my head so they wouldn't have my ears sticking out. My glasses also came in a lot earlier than they said the estimated time would be.
