Sam has the worse customer service skills and is so rude and argumentative. He’s very rude and talks while you’re talking and won’t listen. My glasses were scratched I couldn’t see good and he refused to give me new lenses. I told him the Walmart vision center at Sun City said I had a warranty until Jan 2025. He said well “ go to them”. He didn’t care. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Go hi Walmart in Sun City for glasses.
Karen was very helpful and took time while I was trying to decide on what glasses to purchase. Frames were easy but when it comes to the lens there are many choices based on your lifestyle. Bifocals, progressive, transitions, etc. While the cost is always a concern, I want to get what will suit my lifestyle at work and at home. Karen took the time to provide options, asked questions about when I wear them and when I don't. My Walmart store vision center I just got my new glasses and I love them I’ve been given so many compliments the staff is amazing so kind and attended to my needs as I tried my frames on and let me know honestly if they looked good or not and I love that thank you so much!❤️
