Vision department is very rude and unprofessional doesn't know how to look up your insurance can't understand English and when you ask to speak to someone else she hung up the phone
Had thee best experience from scheduling my kids appts to seeing the optometrist, who had a beautiful personality and patience with my toddler who came with us. When we picked out my teens glasses they made the whole process fun. The wonderful ladies entertained my toddler and totally understood and were super helpful. Everyone was informative and warm welcoming. I will return for the rest of the family! Thank you all so much.
I had a terrible experience at this location. The manager very unprofessional. She talked about me, while looking at me. I asked for a discount. She gave me a discount of $1.57, That was an insult considering going back and forth because the lady who waited on me did not get all of my information to order my eyeglasses.
My first time coming and not only did i not feel rushed but i felt like i mattered. Dr. Truong made me feel like she cared from the moment she asked me my name to the moment she walked me out. I will be referring ALL family & friends to her specifically. I will not be finding another doctor she is stuck with me for life. Thank you Dr.
