My husband got out of the hospital just a few weeks ago and we have made several trips to the West Des Moines location and each time their electric carts have either been out of order or the batteries were dead and so he couldn't get his shopping done. We will start going elsewhere for our shopping.
I was way pleased with the service I received from Walmart Vision Center in Midvale, Utah. I needed an eye exam ($60), and new bifocals, computer glasses and sunglasses ($360). It's a busy location with a lot of activity, and the friendly, multi-tasking staff was patiently attentive to multiple customers at the same time without seeming rushed. Many times I have to go to another store to find vegan food items. Their money order machine is down constantly, they will close customer service early, and they charge outrageous fees for a prepaid phone card.
The Bakery & Deli Sections are limited compared to Other WalmartsI have recently visited. The Yellw Pages listing indicated this store is Open 24 / 7 But In Reality this store Cĺòses at 11PM
No one will answer the phones after 5 minutes or the pick it up and hang up on me.

I had the tires replaced on my vehicle today. Everyone in the auto department was extremly helpful and professional in their work and attitudes. Special thanks to Darren for his attention to the details.
Soo much more pleasant to shop here and lots friendlier employees than the way too crowded Walmarts in the springs!
Walmart has always been the place to go to get everything in one trip and such nice employees working , if you can’t find what you need ask Eva she is awesome in the produce . I’m a weekly shopper .
