Steffy was great. She adjusted my glasses free of charge and provided excellent service!
Steffy was very helpful and knowledgeable about my glasses and prescription. She helped take time to ensure they fit properly and adjusted them for me.10/10!
My wife and son got their glasses from there and both of their glasses have a problem with a coating on the lenses coming off to where they can't be cleaned. It looks like glue was smeared on them. Both are very disappointed that they wouldn't make it right. The lady said it's what ever they used to clean them. I told her we use the lense wipes that they sell. I've gotten my glasses else where and never had this happen. We won't be recommending or going back for glasses after this.
I really recommend people to come in and see Steffie at the Highland optometry. She is very helpful. She’s very honest. I gave her a lot of money and I gave her too much and she gave me it back. I am very happy with my glasses. She’s very thorough and the information about the glasses and she made a good sale. Thank you very much, Steffi
Can't wear the glasses at night. Lost about 1 to 2/3s of my field of vision. Wearing my old pair most of the time still. I'm a truck driver and need to see more than 75 to 100 feet. I told the Dr. I was a truck driver too. Well that was $500 not well spent.
