I was there today to pick up my nieces and nephews glasses Daniel was so rude in front of the kids raising his voice talking back to me i asked that why is he being to rude and proceeded to raise his voice and his arms saying “ IM BEING RUDE” and looking a his co worker to asking “AM I BEING RUDE?” HOW AM I BEING RUDE? I came in to tighten up my glasses. The person did tell me that since I was not prescribed to bother pharmacy. I could not hold the accountable if anything happens. In the end they tighten my glasses and I am happy to say the risk I took was worth it.
I want to thank Daniel and Steve so much!! they are very kind and thoughtful!!! Daniel helped making ordering my contacts quick and simple!! i also had an incident where i didn’t have my contacts and my glasses broke Steve was able to accommodate me to the best of his abilities and furthermore offering more solutions if it were to happen again! BOTH OF THESE GENTLE MAN NEED A RAISE!!! great job!
Connie was beyond helpful! She helped me change the silicone cushions on my pair of glasses and she was beyond sweet! Definitely visit Connie with your vision needs in the rancho location! Thank you Connie now I can wear my favorite pair of glasses again!
