The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable that is impressive. Myself and my boys are treated with patience and respect that is hard to compare with other centers that we went before. They gain a customer for life!!!
This vision center is great. Judy adjusted my frames for me no charge as well as gave me great information regarding her experience with progressive contacts!
I went to Walmart Vision Center to have a pair of eye glasses and a pair of sun glasses repaired for a missing screw. I was pleasantly greeted by Lila. I explained that I had to make a return and do some other shopping inside Walmart. Lila said leave the glasses and they will repair them while I go shop. When I got finished shopping another associate Judy had my glasses repaired and ready for pickup. Judy also said that they repaired the nose pad on my glasses in addition to the missing screw. The customer service at Wal-Mart Vision Center 1899 was was outstanding. Lisa was very helpful, explaining the various options I had for my eye glasses. She went over my insurance to my sure I wasn't getting over charged. I appreciate the time and effort she gave to make sure I was getting the best service available.
The whole team was helpful. I was able to buy sunglasses as the other crew helped my teenage Daughter . We both left happy
