I had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Vision Center today! From the moment I walked in, Jerry greeted me with a smile and immediately offered to help with my glasses. He took my frames to the back to work on them, while Judy also came out to make sure I was being taken care of. A moment later, Lila hurried over because she wanted to help as well, not realizing I was already being assisted. The customer service at Wal-Mart Vision Center 1899 was outstanding. Lisa was very helpful, explaining the various options I had for my eye glasses. She went over my insurance to make sure I wasn't getting over charged. I appreciate the time and effort she gave to make sure I was getting the best service available.
