Rob was so lovely and helpful when I went in to get my glasses adjusted. I got a pair online that would fall right off my face and even though I didn't purchase them at their location, they were happy to fit them for me on the spot. Very pleased with the whole experience!
I purchased a pair of glasses about 6 months ago at another eye clinic and have been back several times for adjustments that never were successful. I had previously had my glasses made through the Walmart optical department so I went to them to see if they could help. E.J. at the Sequim Walmart was amazing! We've never had an issue or problem with the customer service received here, and have always left with a positive interaction and happy with the end product. My son and I love our new glasses! The coating on my glasses was starting to strip heavily on both lens and they helped me get exactly what I needed, plus blue light protection, my astigmatism isn't killing my head now. Excellent service they fixing my glasses In about five minutes and I didn’t even buy them there. I would recommend.
Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one this time. If you are getting regular lenses, I'm sure it will be fine, but if you have special needs, such as a prism in the lens, I would not recommend you go here. Their lab is in Mexico and they can't seem to get it right, even after sending the glasses back 3 times. After 7 weeks of waiting, we finally had to ask for a refund and went elsewhere. Rob and EJ tried to be helpful, which is why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one.
