Just moved to area and broke the underwire on my eyeglasses. Decided to try the walmart eye center to see if they could fix it. I expected to have to drive around to find someone that would since I was not already a client. The gentleman there fixed them for me. I went ahead and made appointments to get our eye exams there. Since the staff was helpful and professional their opticians would be also.
Today must be my lucky day. After 2 months of hassle over an incorrect pair of glasses made by Walmart Vision Center, today it was resolved! By who? EJ is the best one time a day I get my glasses cleaned and adjusted always does with a smile.
I received great service and professionalism in choosing frames for prescription regular glasses, sunglasses, and readers. The optician explained lens materials and benefits without pressure to spend more. She checked for and confirmed proper fit with the various frames I looked at. Highly recommended!
We had the most Amazing customer service here! My daughters is legally blind and her only pair of glasses broke, we went to the eye doctor and there was nothing they could do to help us without a 4-5 week wait, feeling overwhelmed we walked into Walmart hoping to get a second opinion. The ladies here were amazing! Ej and Yvonne got to it right away and found us a frame that worked perfectly! They were so kind and helpful it made our day! I am so thankful to have a local eye place with people who go above and beyound to help!
