Usually I go to Fayetteville for my glasses. This time I stayed local and used Walmart. Bought my glasses at the end of May with scratch resistant and glare resistant on them. By the end of June they are so scratched up I can’t wear them. Got told sorry nothing we can do but replace the lenses. That was going to cost more than I paid for the glasses in the first place! I always get my glasses here and never had any problems.
I made an appointment in person while I was in the store. I got a call the day before telling me the doctor had an emergency and they needed to reschedule me. No problem I understand family emergency. I just got a call to reschedule my rescheduled appointment because the doctor decided to take the rest of the week off. Cancelled it all. Ridiculous

I was lied too from the moment I made the appointment to the minute I left the store ... I was told on the day I made the appointment I could get glasses in one day ... The eye doctor talked so much I could barely ask any questions but I was assured that I would get my glasses on that day ... I got my prescription thinking I would get my glasses that day but was informed after I paid at the register that it would take two weeks to get my glasses ...
