I've been to may different places for eye exams over the years but this was one of the best eye exam experiences I've ever had! Their optometrist and scheduling team does not know what they are doing. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity. We attempted to schedule here thrice. 1st time, he was sick, which is understandable. 2nd time, we were called DAY OF that the optometrist had gone on vacation for the full week. On a Wednesday. 3rd time, they canceled on us yet again saying the optometrist is not in that day. The doctor was friendly and so were the othe other employees. The problem i have is that the doctor told my 16yr old sister that the spot in her eye was due to her misusing contacts. But then when my sister went to correct him telling him that it was diagnosed as a demoid and that she was born with it and had surgery to remove half of it, he told her that she was wrong.
I waited 4 years to get the appointment to get new contacts so when I did I was nervous a little.Setting up the appointment was easy,the Doctor is a fantastic human with great communication skills and patience and knowledge.Fantastic experience for sure!!
