Dale went above and beyond in his role as an optician at the Quincy Walmart Vision center. When my daughter broke her glasses, he found the exact frame in stock and replaced the lenses right in the store so she would not have to keep wearing glasses held together with tape. He was very patient, taking measurements from a pair she liked and helping us search the vision center for other frames in the same size until she found the perfect pair. I stopped at the qcy center and was told to superglue and tape my glasses that are only a few months old… will never return and will spread the word to not use Walmart eye center…
Nobody answers phone or they do and then they hang up
We arrived 5 minutes early. My daughter had an appointment for a basic check up. We waited an hour and a half past our appointment time & we had to give up because she had another doctor’s appointment to get to and we couldn’t wait any longer.
I've been here 4 times now to get my glasses adjusted, each time I'm never greeted, never told how long the wait is (waited 20 minutes once without any even giving me a glance) and I've yet to get my glasses adjusted. It's to the point I'm getting migraines because they're so warped forming wear and no adjustments. Theres always only 1 worker there and its unacceptable.
