I stopped at the qcy center and was told to superglue and tape my glasses that are only a few months old… will never return and will spread the word to not use Walmart eye center…
Nobody answers phone or they do and then they hang up
We arrived 5 minutes early. My daughter had an appointment for a basic check up. We waited an hour and a half past our appointment time & we had to give up because she had another doctor’s appointment to get to and we couldn’t wait any longer.
I've been here 4 times now to get my glasses adjusted, each time I'm never greeted, never told how long the wait is (waited 20 minutes once without any even giving me a glance) and I've yet to get my glasses adjusted. It's to the point I'm getting migraines because they're so warped forming wear and no adjustments. Theres always only 1 worker there and its unacceptable.
Great place to go to get eyeglasses nice cheap and they work with children as well
