Went here in Dec 2018. Thought the service was good and was happy with the exam. Unfortunately I called today to get another exam and they no longer take my major carrier health insurance because the dr is now "independent."

Hours posted on here are incorrect and Google refuses to update them. They are open 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday. Doctors currently in office Tuesday 9am-3:30pm and Wednesday 9am-4:30pm
Very limited hours with the staff that can assist with exams, ordering and dispensing but otherwise we have been very pleased with service, warranty and price.
