Marcella was rude and did not seem interested in helping. Sorry to bother you at work. Vision center also has poor record management and previous prescriptions seemed to have followed the doctor to their new practice.
I got 2 sets of glasses, dark progressives for driving and regular progressives for the rest of the time. The staff was professional and friendly. The glasses were ready on time and the price was in line with the online providers I checked for comparison. All in all a very good experience.
Needed replacement prescripted lenses in frames that I had already owned. All I can say is that Jackie and Chrystal were just AMAZING!!! They were so helpful, sweet and considerate!! They answered all my questions and made it so painless that I had three frames done and they all came back BEAUTIFUL!! This was perhaps the best optical experience I have ever had and it was done for such a great price. I will definitely be coming back to these two WONDERFUL ladies!! Thank you!!
