Dr. Maldonado is the BEST optometrist I have ever been to! He did a great job of explaining what he was doing at each step and what he was looking for. He was thorough, answered my questions, and was extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
My eyeglasses which I didn't even purchase at Walmart optical needed nose piece upgrade and replacement. I had parts with me, staff was so friendly and replaced, cleaned, adjusted everything for free. I have purchased other glasses there and Frames and they have always been so helpful and accommodating.
Optician staff is friendly. Optometrist appointments are overbooked. I waited an hour and was told to come in 20 minutes early for paperwork. I guess this was so I could wait longer. It is disrespectful to make patients wait so long. I left without having my appointment filled and there was a line of appointments waiting behind me. My appointment was at 10:40 AM and I believe there was one before me that day. I think doc went on break or something. Grrrrrrrr They lost a customer.
Dr Michael was very friendly, conversational and thorough. Heather, Mariah and Jay were as well. Jay was in training, but did a great job, I even heard her with other customers and was patient and thorough. Mariah, who started my exam was friendly and knowledgeable, and Heather, who checked me out, was equally friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I made my decisions.
