Optician staff is friendly. Optometrist appointments are overbooked. I waited an hour and was told to come in 20 minutes early for paperwork. I guess this was so I could wait longer. It is disrespectful to make patients wait so long. I left without having my appointment filled and there was a line of appointments waiting behind me. My appointment was at 10:40 AM and I believe there was one before me that day. I think doc went on break or something. Grrrrrrrr They lost a customer.
Dr Michael was very friendly, conversational and thorough. Heather, Mariah and Jay were as well. Jay was in training, but did a great job, I even heard her with other customers and was patient and thorough. Mariah, who started my exam was friendly and knowledgeable, and Heather, who checked me out, was equally friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient with me as I made my decisions. Very helpful service. My new glasses came in quick and they even fixed my old glasses.
We were informed “He’s normally about 10 mins late to work.” If you have a busy life/schedule and often find yourself running behind, then this is the optometrist for you. Don’t worry, if you’re running late to your morning scheduled appointment, he probably is too. So take your time, be late, enjoy your life; he’ll understand. The females on staff: incredibly professional and kind.
