Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would. First, I called to make an eye appointment and sat on hold for over 10 minutes before finally hanging up and calling back just to get someone to answer the phone. They scheduled me for the following Tuesday, and I showed up exactly when I was told to be there after driving 40 minutes. I had such a great experience here! Staff were super helpful and friendly! The eye doctor was very talkative and caring! I highly recommend. I went with no insurance and it was still affordable!
We were on a trip in the area and forgot to pack contact lenses and the team at the vision center was SO kind and helpful. They saved our trip! Thank you so much, we wish we knew the name of the woman who spoke with us on the phone and helped us but she was an angel!!! Thank you!!
Arrived at 730 to find the vision center closed. I received a text letting me know that lenses were ready, open til 8pm. Talked to a coach and he stated no idea that vision is totally separate then walmart as a whole. I drove 45 min so I was frustrated. I then took the time to look at app and times for vision and its o ly open till 7pm on Saturday. The text message times need to be updated!
