Cheylia is very wonderful to this store. Excellent customer service. Of all the times i have come Cheylia made it very comfortable to be here. My girlfriend's order was taking care of. Not one problem. If i could give more than 5 stars I want to give a 10...!
I visited the Seneca Vision Center to get a quote for my new prescription. The older lady did not take the time to give me a decent quote. She didn’t even offer to look @ what my coverage for my EyeMed eye insurance. Would be. I received an off the wall quote that was WAY TOO HIGH. I went to Anderson and the gentleman in the Vision Center took all my info, went into the computer to research & after thoroughly researching all the possibilities came up with a very reasonable quote. They are horribly slow at their job! Understaffed, struggles with technology.
I have not received an eye exam here recently, but did speak with an associate (not sure of her exact title) with lots of questions and concerns. Christina (hope I spelled that correctly) was incredibly kind and helpful!
Very disappointed with the quality of the glasses. The scratch resistance coating that was included is none existent or so poor that they became unusable after 4 months of normal use. Compared to Costco lenses that I have had for 2 years and are still in good shape but out of prescription. I did not pay for replacement insurance so I was not offered any guarantee compensation. Even with the insurance replacing lenses every 4 months is not an acceptable solution.
