Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Nice selection of eyeglasses. Came in rather timely.
I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Debbie Bigley was very personable and informative with my exam. My glasses were ready in six days. The staff was helpful in choosing my glasses. I would highly recommend.
The optometrist was very rude when explaining that I could either get blue light glasses or anti glare glasses. I was a bit confused with the way she explained it so I did ask a couple questions. She got very upset when I asked these questions and acted like she had no time for me.
Just got off the phone with them and the person helping me was very bad about speaking over me when I was trying to ask questions. This first impression alone made me decide to go else where.
I appreciated the friendly and attentive service I got last year and am bringing in a family member today. The crew is professional and the cost of eyewear was actually less than through my insurance with an in-network provider. They also helped me fill out the paperwork to get reimbursement from my insurance for the out-of-network allowance.
