Terrible products with known workmanship defects. Two sets of lenses scratched badly in one year with normal cleaning. I was told twice the scratching was a coating problem. Did not buy a warranty because I was told they won’t honor it if my prescription is outdated. Terrible product quality. Nice workers, but terrible products and poor service policy.
I’ve dealt with Walmart vision center a bunch, and they’ve always been highly professional, helpful and amazing! Everyone is super nice and extremely helpful. I don’t have vision insurance and have found this place to be the most reasonably priced eye exams. They also have helped me a ton getting contacts for the first time. Highly recommend.

I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Debbie Bigley was very personable and informative with my exam. My glasses were ready in six days. The staff was helpful in choosing my glasses. I would highly recommend.
The optometrist was very rude when explaining that I could either get blue light glasses or anti glare glasses. I was a bit confused with the way she explained it so I did ask a couple questions. She got very upset when I asked these questions and acted like she had no time for me.
