My previous eye exam appointment was great, but scheduling can be complicated. Appointments must be scheduled by calling a separate number during specific days and times, possibly Tuesdays and Thursdays, because the staff at the main number cannot schedule them.
They have a large selection of glasses to choose from. They also have name brands. I also like the fact that they will help you pick out a pair of glasses that suit your face and your style.
Bought a pair of flexible frame glasses. Within two weeks they broke. Since I didn’t pay for their warranty I was told that I would have to buy new frames. 2 weeks!!!! After escalating I was told I would get a one time replacement. Last time dealing with them.
