Said they took my insurance and then charged me full price for my visit and said my insurance didn't cover the visit. Never mentioned any of this before the visit. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning ever again.
I bought a pair of glasses recently in Korea while on vacation, and the temples became progressively stiffer to where they wouldn't fold at all and I feared damaging the frames by trying. Today while shopping at Walmart for kids' school supplies, I just happened to notice the Vision Center and walked in to see if anyone could help. The optician on duty was an older lady that couldn't have been kinder and, soon after examining them, was able to loosen some screws and fix the problem in no time. What a great source for eye glasses! I love the price options, but more important is that the frames fit my face without squishing my head, hurting my ears, or digging in on my (big) nose. Gavan and Teresa have been great about adjustments. They work closely with Dr. Sulzer who is also a meticulous doctor. I'm thankful to have their skill and experience here in Pullman!
Go anywhere else. Waste of time and money. Current doctor is the worst I have seen.
Glasses are not right. tried to talk to the Dr. without success. Doesn't listen to what you say. The prescription is wrong and had to go back to my old glasses to see well. Would not recommend.
