Thank you so very much to Jason who is the Certified Optician at the Dubois Walmart Vision Center. On two separate occasions, I have taken my 82 year old stepfather's broken glasses to the Dubois Walmart Vision Center because he has a history of falling down then unfortunately steps on his glasses. I needed a new pair of glasses that fit well and comfortable, Jason took the time to help me pick out my new glasses and fit and adjusted them perfectly for a comfortable fit. My contacts were either not delivered or were delivered and stole off my porch and their policy is they can't do anything about it so I'm out almost a $100 because they want to be difficult. Because they don't make enough money to replace my package!! Not to mention I DONT HAVE MY CONTACTS!!!

I had a pleasant experience. Lots to choose from! I found a beautiful pair of Calvin Klein glasses and got some contacts. Glasses were expensive but what do you expect with brand name? My insurance covered 100 of them so that made me happy. And the lady who helped me at the end was very nice. The man who showed me the glasses and ones similar to the expensive ones was really helpful too.
