We had a really great experience with Dr Hill. Our 15 year old son was not a patient and had some scary vision issues going on. We walked in hoping for an appointment only to find out they were booked out all week. Their next availability overlapped with my jury duty requirement and I was really worried about waiting too long with these issues going on. Absolute best experience visiting an eye Dr. The staff was friendly, the Dr. Was patient and helped my son learn how to wear contacts for the first time.
I just took my daughter for her first eye appointment and it was easy, peasy lemon squeezy! Highly recommend!! The ENTIRE staff is friendly, helpful and super personable!
Don't waste your money ordering your prescription glasses at Niceville location,I ordered mine and had to take them back because I wasn't able to see with the new prescription,they took them and said that they will fixed them because it had the 60 days satisfacción guaranteed,but after 3 day I had dropped them off,they were calling me,that my glasses were ready to be pickedup,seriously? They didn't fix anything I picked up the exact same glasses,I am not able to see anything my money is gone to waste.
Just like to say thanks to the ladies that helped me with my glasses Some really nice people
