I just took my daughter for her first eye appointment and it was easy, peasy lemon squeezy! Highly recommend!! The ENTIRE staff is friendly, helpful and super personable!
Don't waste your money ordering your prescription glasses at Niceville location,I ordered mine and had to take them back because I wasn't able to see with the new prescription,they took them and said that they will fixed them because it had the 60 days satisfacción guaranteed,but after 3 day I had dropped them off,they were calling me,that my glasses were ready to be pickedup,seriously? They didn't fix anything I picked up the exact same glasses,I am not able to see anything my money is gone to waste.

Dr. Hill is very kind and professional! The whole staff at this location is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Having great customer service is so important and they really do go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Definitely recommend coming here for any eye care needs.
