Scheduling is much easier than any other local eye doctor. Thorough eye exam and was referred out to get a glaucoma testing. Great doctor! Little pricey but overall great experience.
I have been to this location several times, most recently for my daughter. They are always expeditious, thorough, friendly, and honest. Back in 2013 they helped diagnose and refer me to a specialist for an idiopathic eye condition that could have left me without vision in my left eye. They might not have a huge selection, but they more than make up for that in service.
I work in a customer service business, and Dava went absolutely above and beyond doing way more to try to help my situation.
I just want to reiterate that this 5 star review is for one person not the vision center as a whole... Part of me wants to leave a one star review for my experience the last two times I was in, but was very pleasantly greeted and taken care of by Alexis this past visit! Her energy and positivity are infectious and she definitely has the customers best interest in mind! Went in for eye exam, had to do a second exam. I was not happy with the first exam results. Got my glasses, four months later the protective coating began wearing off. I took them in to have them looked at. The manager stated it was normal wear and tear. I did not get the insurance on them. I am a sixty year old woman. I’m not hard on anything. They do not back their products. I also bought the peeps product from them to clean my glasses.
