Excellent experience with getting glasses and sunglasses made here. I had a recent prescription from my optometrist (out of state) but had not yet gotten new glasses before leaving come to Wisconsin for the holidays. I stopped in to the Walmart Vision Center in Tomah, selected and ordered a fun stylish pair of glasses for a very reasonable cost. When I went back to pick them up, I ended up ordering some great sunglasses too. The staff was very helpful, professional, suggested frames, and made the process very easy.
the screw on my glasses is loose! the lady in the shop didn't want to help me. she said I could buy a screw driver for $15. unfortunately my glasses are still loose and I wasn't even allowed to use her screw driver. the lady would have tightened the screw in 5 seconds. worst service I've ever seen. I wish I could give 0.0 stars!!!!

I purchased a pair of expensive glasses and the one arm broke off after only 1 year of use. Unfortunately, the 1 year warranty expired 6 weeks ago. I had trouble with this pair of glasses since day one with multiple adjustments, which is why I feel the arm broke. As I understand they have a policy, I also felt with the history I experienced with this pair more could have been done, so technically my fault and lesson learned.
