the screw on my glasses is loose! the lady in the shop didn't want to help me. she said I could buy a screw driver for $15. unfortunately my glasses are still loose and I wasn't even allowed to use her screw driver. the lady would have tightened the screw in 5 seconds. worst service I've ever seen. I wish I could give 0.0 stars!!!!

I purchased a pair of expensive glasses and the one arm broke off after only 1 year of use. Unfortunately, the 1 year warranty expired 6 weeks ago. I had trouble with this pair of glasses since day one with multiple adjustments, which is why I feel the arm broke. As I understand they have a policy, I also felt with the history I experienced with this pair more could have been done, so technically my fault and lesson learned.
