Terrible! Sat for 2 hours with my 5 year old son and toddler just for an eye exam for school! My son was confused as the eye doctor was trying to explain what to do (it was his first time) and the lady asked him if he talks that “slow” all the time. Which he does not, he was just nervous. Then continued to tell my 3 year old that she was being crabby and there wasn’t crying allowed after making us sit there all that time! I went to Walmart Saturday August 17 2024 and my tech was Ravin she worked with me on the issue I had with a recent purchase she was so professional on the issues and is working on it at this time i will follow up with this wensday thanks Ravin richard smith ottawa il
