I’m so upset my girls appointment they cancelled so I came in when they could reschedule them appointment time was 3:00 and 3:20 and I came 15 minutes early we weren’t seen till 4:19 the girls already came in a week early picked the glasses they liked and fit them and the lady was like they don’t look like they fit so they had to go through glasses they didn’t like any so they just grabbed glasses to get done with this I was charged an additional 50 $ without being asked if I wanted a protection plan we didn’t get done till ... read more
Exam and glasses purchased at Walmart, Ottawa, Il. Insurance was purchased, so when lenses got very scratched I returned for new lenses. They were taken care of as expected. Thank you. When glasses were returned (in a timely manner. We were told that even though covered they won’t replace again because those particular lens scratches very easily! Well, why the heck do the sell that lens? Buyer beware!!!! So now we need the new lenses replaced because of the same issue. I will post again after I drop in to the optical departm... read more
Friendly they where but I have my 3rd lences in First 1's were ok but wanted no glare omg horrible so I asked to go back to the original lenses These are horrible iam going to another eye dr to try in get the correct lenses They have like a fog on them or something I have never been so disappointed And they weren't friendly anymore All I can say is their cheap 👎
