I had a disappointing experience at this Vision Center. I felt rushed and pressured to buy things I didn’t need. The place felt very stressful, which made the whole visit uncomfortable. I gave it another chance, but the same issues remained. Later, I learned that management had changed, and honestly, the atmosphere really reflects that. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
I went there today with broken glasses. The lady I had was amazing!! She took the lenses out of the broken glasses and put them in a new frame!! Plus, my insurance company wouldn't cover the cost of the glasses I wanted, so she called them and got them to cover almost all of the cost! Thanks so much for helping me out today, you all were amazing!! Dr. Smith was excellent as well, very friendly. I highly recommend the walmart in port clinton!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
