Literally does not answer phone EVER. Have to go to Altoona because i can’t get anything done
Terrible service!!!!! My daughter had her eye/contact exam on May 2nd and the eye doctor still hasn't signed off on her eye glass or contact prescriptions so we can order them. I either call or stop in weekly to check the status and the answer I am always told "she hasn't signed off on her chart", and the insane excuse I'm given for it taking this ridiculous amount of time is "the doctor only works 1 day a week" I'm not sure if the issue is the staff isn't passing the messages along or if the eye doctor just doesn't care.
