I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life here with DeAnna! She was so kind and courteous and really went above and beyond to help me. I don’t live in the area but if I did, I would come here all the time because I had such a positive experience.
Rebecca is an absolute sweetheart. She has helped me twice now with glasses I purchased elsewhere (but eye exams at Walmart). Today, she went above and beyond, did her measurement magic, and determined that one pair was, in fact, not the pupil distance on my prescription. That explains alot! Thank you, Rebecca !
I was on vacation in Hurricane Utah and acciddntly stepped on my glasses that i purchased it Walmart. Siri initially took me to the Southern St George Walmart and the techs had trouble making the adjustment to my frames. So they recommended i try the Washington Walmart and Deanna was a miracle worker. She went the extra mile to take the lenses out and adjust the frame perfectly. And they were as good as new. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Deanna
