I had the absolute best experience here today! The manager was actually the person that assisted me from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a wonderful selection of frames. ♥️

The staff is what makes the optical department at Walmart Worth going to in Gun Barrel City… The ladies that work there are very helpful and sincere… They really work with you if you have a problem and that seems to be a rare thing in this day and age… I will definitely Purchase my next eyeglasses from Walmart

She never once tried to upsell something to us, she just wanted us to find something comfortable and right. She’s very knowledgeable and we couldn’t recommend her more!
