I had the very best experience getting my new glasses here. Cathy was absolutely wonderful! She even picked out better frames in the color that I was looking for!!!! The service was wonderful. Explanation of the products and services were exceptional. I understood everything she explained to me. She answered all of my questions. She's a real people person and has exceptional customer service skills. I would highly recommend anyone get their glasses from the Walmart Vision & Glasses - ask for Cathy!!!!
Gotta give Cathy, the technician, five stars. She adjusted my glasses that was slipping to the end of my nose that I bought from a competitor, which I couldn't get any customer service after the sale. Cathy is very professional and knowledgeable in the eye glass field. Thanks Cathy, you took care of my problem.
