Called and they put me on hold for over 20 MINUTES! No one ever got back to me.
These people here, have a VERY professional, attentive, & patient demeanor. The Dr., really seems to care, about how people are getting along with their eyesight, & treats everyone graciously. The atmosphere, has a very "old school" vibe, in the sense, that customers seem to be appreciated, & valued. Unlike other establishments, that treat patrons like "cattle" to be moved along & "processed" as quickly as possible, just to take their hard earned money. Made an appointment at least 6 months ago for contacts and glasses . Asked them to confirm they would take my insurance. The night before my appointment-THE NIGHT BEFORE-they called to advise they didn’t take my insurance. All I got was excuses on why they didn’t call me earlier. Very upset as I need my contacts renewed. But more than that the customer service is horrible!
