These people are terrific to deal with. They provided an excellent service for getting New Glasses. Terrific Place to save money on your glasses & they do honor there Warranty ! AAAAAAA+++++++
I have been at Walmart Centers all over the country. This was the first time one of them turned me down to repair my glasses. I spend $100's of dollars each month at Walmarts if it is a new policy. I guess it is time to start shopping somewhere else!
lady that answered the phone sat morning sep 21 2024 is as deaf as a doornail! had to repeat myself like 10 times to get a simple question answered. Then called back to get an appt and got put on hold and forgotten about.
Had a vision appointment at Walmart seemed to me ok didn't get my glasses there as my work has a program I can use instead of using my insurance when I picked up my prescription for my glasses they didn't give me my PD I went in to ask if somebody will help and was told no wouldn't help me so wife n myself will figure this out you paid for a visit and testing but they don't want to help you because you didn't get glasses there that is BS will remember this next vision appointment
