The Manager had No sense of Rude The Manager Brad saw me standing in line at the counter and proceeded to check someone else out as if i wasn't standing in line. He didn't say excuse me mam let me check her out first then I will get to you. Nothing just pushed me to the side. Last time coming and I've been going for years. Don't appreciate that at all. And the long wait .
I've been getting me and my son's glasses here for years. Very friendly people and I've never had a problem with the wait time. Also great selection of frames
First glasses that I can actually see out of them plus I keep them on all day.Thanks
I’ve been going here for over a year now it has horrible customer service takes very long I was almost late for work because of it .You need more employees at least 3 because One one person is working there and takes forever to get to attend another customer
