The Manager had No sense of urgency Rude The Manager Brad saw me standing in line at the counter and proceeded to check someone else out as if i wasn't standing in line. He didn't say excuse me mam let me check her out first then I will get to you. Nothing just pushed me to the side. Last time coming and I've been going for years. Don't appreciate that at all. And the long wait .

I've been getting me and my son's glasses here for years. Very friendly people and I've never had a problem with the wait time. Also great selection of frames
