Great professional people and courtesy people that work there found the frames we want they did a very good job with the lens and the frames i think I got the best price compared to other Optical places on the outside in Tallahassee so if you're looking for a nice set of frames and glasses i give them a shot because if you go to an optical store for an eye exam you could take your prescription to Walmart because they do handle cash and most insurance companies and by far I think you're going to get the better deal by going t... read more

Big one in the front shamed me because I couldn’t call and notify them that I was going to miss my appointment . I was in the hospital and my elderly grandmother suffers from cancer,she didn’t remember. It happens. Was told if I miss another I won’t be able to see the doctor anymore. I sure hope nothing bad happens to me 🤞 🤮

I had an issue with my eyeglasses, but the staff especially the manager was very helpful in addressing the problem.

I went to purchase a pair of glasses at Walmart optical in Bainbridge, Ga after I paid my portion of copayments I received an additional bill of 55.00 from Walmart to pay for my glasses and it was a nightmare to receive an explanation of charges. The manager did not know the billing phone number to call however I was advice to call the billing department. The day I had time to stop by and pick up my glasses they told me I had to come back because the person who can help me with that was not there. They have poor customer ser... read more
