Scheduled me for a appointment the following day. I showed up and was told it wasn't until the following Wednesday. I asked if they could squeeze me in and was told they couldn't. listened back to my phone call confirmed it was that today. I went back and showed it was confirmed for today and was told I couldnt show up 10 minutes late and expect to be helped.
They take walk-ins, which is great! I already had my prescription and had chosen my frames. However their extremely long wait times is very annoying. Multi tasking would be helpful.
The eye exam was a joke. It was done thru Zoom and at the end I told the doctor that I had double vision with what he prescribed and he told me, “well try this and we will see how it goes”. The glasses were unusable and when I requested a refund I was told that the exam was non-refundable. Avoid this optometrist at all costs
Alright y'all. Please don't go here if you want to save your money and your time. I had an eye appointment and they wanted ALL the money up front the eye appointment and he glasses instead of paying for the eye appointment when I got it done and paying for the glasses when I picked them up. They only take check, I had cancelled my appointment due to something I couldn't control and I still had to pay for the dang appointment. Please, PLEASE do NOT go here.
Extremely friendly and helpful, though I did have to be put on hold for over 40 minutes. They’re short handed so I know it’s not their fault at all, though it causes quite a bit of miscommunication.
