Dr. Webb’s office always gives me the best eye exams - Outstanding team! * I am laughing at the " I was only 5 min late" complaints: I have honestly been only 5min late once to my appts with Dr. Webb and I have still been seen ( did call ahead to warn them and see if I could still be seen). Being late and then blaming the office is some Olympic-level mental gymnastics. Impressive, but still no medal :P
Dr Webb is very professional and personable. Gives a great exam and answers all my questions and concerns.
Best eye doctor ever! He listens and is careful to give a thorough exam. So helpful and informative!
Purchase extra warranty. Screw fell out and not able to fix. Asked for replacement frame pay any copay. After another conversation are replacing the frame with new.
I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and they not only made me reschedule but also made fill out all of their intake paperwork claiming I did not fill it out when I did at home on my computer. This was after I was very smugishly told "It is only 4:05, you're fine." upon arrival. Staff was not the kindest. I filled out the intake paperwork again and got rescheduled but after my experience and reading these reviews I have decided to go to Shopko Optical instead and was able to get an appointment much sooner.
