I normally don’t make reviews like this, but I could not believe the customer service I got when I called this morning. I am very upset! I called the Ottawa Walmart vision center trying to figure out the optometrist that I normally go to. I know it’s through Walmart eye center but her location is in Lawrence Nancy is who I spoke with, she was as unhelpful as you can get! Her attitude was awful.
