Travelling from Ireland and bent my plastic frames. The technician was so friendly and helpful! She fixed me up at no charge and I happily walked out able to keep my glasses from falling off. Excellent, friendly service. I highly recommend them.
I called the vision center hoping I could get help finding a special gift for a dear friend. Optician Bezail answered the phone. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable explaining what I was looking for. I asked if he had this product that will fit for a particular eyeglasses. Bezail was professional and patient. I was on a brief hold while he checked and located the one that will fit perfectly. So glad he looked for it and was very courteous.
