Would like to thank the ladies at the vision center who go above and beyond to take care of customers and patients! Especially the one running the department while the manager is out on medical leave... keep up the good work ladies
On the day of my appointment, I walked into the Walmart Vision Center in Hermiston, Oregon & was greeted with a smile by Sherry D, she is one of the Optician Vision Associates there. She asked how she could help me. I told her that I was there for my eye exam with Dr Brauner. As I was waiting to see the doctor, I started looking at the frames. I made an appointment for April 2nd and received a phone call on February 8th saying they were going to move my appointment up to February 21st due to the Doctor being gone. I drove over an hour to be seen there and when I arrived they had no record of my appointment. I then asked if I was still scheduled for April 2nd and they had no record of that appointment either. Not impressed!
Tina went way above and beyond. She searched through dozens of frames that fit my lenses after I broke my old frames. And then worked with the doctor to get my high index lenses. She's my hero!!
