If I could give them NO stars, I would! I will NEVER go to Walmart vision again for my glasses. They charged me $25.00 for a warranty & NEVER told me there was a fee. Always check your receipts! When I went in to pick up my new glasses (second visit), they removed the warranty fee. Thankfully! Within 6 mos., the coating was ruined on my glasses. They said the coating was defective. I was assisted by your employee Naomi Jacinto with a frame repair. She could not repair them, but was gracious enough to realign my backup glasses. I tried to give her a tip but she tpld me she couldn't accept it. Very classy!
You will pay cash and they will tell you a week before you get your product... but you will wait weeks.
Shopping in this location makes me uncomfortable due to a person who walks around stereotyping customers. I don’t like feeling as though I’m doing something wrong when I’m not, as it causes me to forget why I came to the store and sometimes I just want to take my time and look around but I don’t because of that secret shopper is very uncomfortable and I don’t like it. They really have to start going after the right people and not base on their race…I will not be shopping here anymore…
This is the most incompetent store I have ever attempted to order from! The manager for that department; Jace is a liar & needs to be fired! Where do I start… on Sunday I placed an order using the plus membership I pay for. It was due at 6pm. At 9pm they text saying it would be here at 9:10pm. It never arrived. Today I had an excellent experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Pearland, Texas (Store #03510), and I would like to recognize Alexandra Cardenas and Jocelyn for their outstanding customer service. Earlier today I accidentally sat on my eyeglasses, leaving the frame badly twisted and one lens completely out of place. I thought they might be beyond repair, but I decided to stop by the Vision Center located just a few miles from my home to see if they could possibly help.
