I am at Walmart's Vision Center and I am very impressed with Mike and Liz's help today. Liz help me look through all the glasses gave me a lot of choices and I felt really taken care of. I think Walmart Vision Center for being very thorough with employees expertise. I have been very happy with Walmart's Vision Center here in Kingsville Texas.
So this is a shout out to Liz at the vision center in Walmart at Kingsville, Texas. SHE IS AWESOME!!! We initially went to the vision center in Alice, Texas because we live there, but the three ladies that work there are lazy, and because they were unfamiliar with our insurance, they told us to just pay full price and have the insurance company reimburse us.... we all know that won't happen. I had a really great experience at the Walmart Vision Center in Kingsville TX. Michael, the manager, was amazing—very professional and made everything run smoothly. JJ, the associate, took the time to go over my insurance in detail, which I truly appreciated. It made the process so much easier and less stressful.
