Five stars to Dr TJ Harbuck for doing such a thorough eye exam. He was excellent (the younger Dr. Harbuck). The reason I give a one star is the really abysmal customer service on the floor. Tech had no customer service skills. Gave me a final price of approx $400 with all upgrades that I never wanted. I told her no. This is supposed to be Walmart! Cost effective prices. It gets better. I get a text saying my glasses are ready and they used the floor sample as my new glasses frame. She went and got the frame and vanished in t... read more
