It was really a bad experience! We came from north york to get my nephew eye check. We called and a guy answered and said we are booked for an eye exam on Sept. 8 10am.. As we came there, there is a rude lady saying that you are not book and says the we called the wrong location. I bought Myopia Smart lenses for my child at Walmart Vision Centre inside Square One, thinking it would help slow down his myopia progression. I made it very clear at the time of ordering that I wanted Myopia Smart lenses, as prescribed by our optometrist.
