Horrible experience. Will be asking for a refund for my glasses. Do yourself a favour and find a better place
Be careful of the upselling tactics here. Optometrist claimed I was high risk of retinal tearing... and needed to do a retinal scan for an upcharge. Validated with another optometrist today and there are no such signs.
Just went in to this store to obtain my vision prescription and the store gentleman claimed that the optometrist has moved on and that he can't provide me with a copy of my very own prescription (less than 12 months old). This is weird, unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. Do not go here, as will I not return here.
