This Vision Centre is dragged down by one person: the rude old white lady at the front desk. She is everything a customer service worker should not be, arrogant, dismissive, and dripping with condescension. She ignored me for nearly 10 minutes, then finally spoke as if answering simple questions was somehow beneath her dignity. Be careful of the upselling tactics here. Optometrist claimed I was high risk of retinal tearing... and needed to do a retinal scan for an upcharge. Validated with another optometrist today and there are no such signs.
Just went in to this store to obtain my vision prescription and the store gentleman claimed that the optometrist has moved on and that he can't provide me with a copy of my very own prescription (less than 12 months old). This is weird, unprofessional and extremely inconvenient. Do not go here, as will I not return here.
