very terrible service. I went to this vision centre twice to get my glasses tightened and the woman had no problem tightening my glasses both times. The third time around it was a male who was working and I went into to get my glasses tightened, he did tighten them but told me if I go there again I will be charged for them. I was never charged for it during the previous times i’ve gone in. Wouldn’t recommend this vision centre as the male is rude and has an attitude. This vision centre is by far the BEST of all Walmart vision centers. The reason is the customer service from employee named Samar. This lady is so pleasant and helpful that I drive past 3 other walmarts to get to this vision center. Samara's knowledge kindness and helpfulness definitely makes my day each time I visit this store. Great job thank you so very much.
I’ve found that booking an appointment over the phone with this location feels unnecessarily complicated. It would be great if they adopted a more advanced system, similar to what many places, like barbershops, use nowadays. The convenience of online or app-based scheduling would make the process much easier and more efficient.
