The service from Walmart Vision Center Amherst has really gone downhill. I’ve always bought my glasses from here and never experienced such horrible customer service. My sunglasses were damaged upon return and both employees and manger refused to fix their mistake. Employees would hang up on me over the phone and in person they were disrespectful and dismissive. They wouldn’t even admit to their own mistake. Staff needs a lot of ethics education and a refresh on their customer service skills.

The staff at the Amherst vision center are great. It was actually a fun experience there. Highly recommended.
Good friendy service and advise. Best prices and a good selection. Also I seen the optometrist there on two occasions and he was just great. He found found a eye problem and referred me to a specialist for treatment. I also liked, no one was pressuring me to buy something. I was treated with dignity and respect in a professional manner. Thumbs up!
Wonderful friendly service. I am a senior and they offered me the best deal I could get. The price I am paying for progressive lenses in one pair and Rx sunglasses for driving, is less than I paid for one pair of progressives 5 years ago.
