I had such an amazing experience here that I had to leave a review. I was honestly stressed going in because my glasses kept breaking and I had already missed one appointment due to transportation issues. When I had to move my second appointment up because I literally couldn’t hold my glasses together anymore, I expected some frustration, but not once did anyone make me feel like a problem. Very rude staff. I had an exam, bought distance and reading because they said it would be cheaper. The reading ones I could only see if I put the phone right up to my face. Couldn’t read a book on the table. My 3 year old glasses were way better. I took them back, associate said that’s the way they are supposed to be & he would give me my money back and never come back to the store again.
