Very helpful lady today. Fast service
Less than zero stars. This place did not put the correct prescription in my daughter’s frames. They just gave us her glasses with her old prescription. When I discovered the error, the optician gaslit me and lied about the error. It was a terrible experience. I Do not recommend this place at all.
If I could have given zero stars I would. After several return visits and attempts to explain that the glasses they gave me worked like computer glasses and that the glasses were made incorrectly I gave up. Communication is a VERY real issue at this location. I witnessed another customer fruitlessly trying to communicate some important info about his glasses fitting and left frustrated.
