A+ service here, both staff members. Blair is amazing! He provides you with both, time and effort to make sure you get the eyeglass or contact lens service that is right for you. The other gentleman in management who works at the store was able to explain to me about my insurance coverage and how my lenses would present. This was very helpful because my lenses could have appeared thick due to my prescription. Not everyone would take the time to explain this. Tried to buy two different cases of Redbull. One wouldn't scan so I was told I couldn't buy it because it is not in the system and only the girl in the morning could put it in. Was told that I can go back and grab different flavours of I wanted.
The lady watching self checkout (around 2:07PM) today came over to me, didn't say anything and just stared at the screen as I was scanning. What's the point of the handheld thing that tells them what we're scanning? If you don't trust customers to do that, why have self checkout and less cashiers?
