I went there today for an eye exam and new glasses. They are really really nice and helpful. I will definitely be back again
Custom service from the Walmart employees is horrible. I have walked in a few times and been ignored while the employees continue their conversation. It’s happened soo many times. I don’t know if it’s because they are from different countries and don’t know what is considered to be good customer service or if they do it just because. Walmart wasnt the first place I thought to see an optometrist in, but when I took a peek in to look around, I was welcomed and felt comfortable to browse! The staff there were so helpful and kind! Not a lot of optometrists give a PD but they were totally helpful to measure mine here!!!! They also weren’t overly pushy or rushed to get an order from me. Erwin, the optometrist was wonderful!!!! Absolutely love going here to get glasses! The opticians Erwin and Namita are super friendly and helpful when it comes to getting glasses and giving recommendations what to add to your lenses! They also have deals when you get two pairs which is awesome because I needed another pair of glasses for backups and a pair of prescription sunglasses! Definitely will continue to get my glasses here for unbeatable prices!
Erwin is the best optician, he went beyond and above to find a suitable contact lenses for me and finally after so many years and trials he found me one that works amazing thank you Erwin 🙏
