I paid for scratch resistance and my glass are horrible with scratches can't see out of them. I have had glasses for 50 yrs and never have they had scratches like this. I don't think they are scratch resistance. Won't be back.
Today I came in with an emergency A child at my sons soccer tournament at Heritage Green ,broke the arm on his glasses during the match and was terribly distraught. We came to Walmart to buy glue to try and fix and thought we would stop in at the optical centre for some advice . Irwin Lee-Loy replaced the arm with the exact match at no charge . Rude employee
I went there today for an eye exam and new glasses. They are really really nice and helpful. I will definitely be back again
Custom service from the Walmart employees is horrible. I have walked in a few times and been ignored while the employees continue their conversation. It’s happened soo many times. I don’t know if it’s because they are from different countries and don’t know what is considered to be good customer service or if they do it just because. It’s rude to ignore customers and act like I’m not standing there. It’s rude to make customers wait.
