If I could give them a negative rating I would. What a useless bunch of people. They couldn’t print prescriptions when I went in initially. Then the “manager” made me wait for a few months because she was going to get my benefits provided to be direct billed which never happened. I’ve had numerous pairs of glasses done from the Walmart vision center in Okotoks and am always pleased by the service provided by the optical staff. My glasses were even ready early and fit perfect. Thanks Heather!!
